Projections with DOEs

DOEs can be used to generate powerful projections.
The diffraction structures of DOEs generate light wavefronts
that neutralize or intensify. Using just a few pixels, the light
distribution is shaped in such a way that the desired projection
takes place in the image plane. Some DOE structures are
used today as standards, e.g. grids with lines, circles or points.
