In some cases, IMOS has to develop own measurement
procedures for the wide-ranging microstructures it
manufactures. For this reason, IMOS continuously invests
in research and development.
Together with highly-qualified scientific and industrial
partners, IMOS draws up new quality control procedures
based on measuring innovations.
