IMOS can already help you with the construction and design. IMOS Diamond Turned Optics are a special technology for the production of high-precision single optical elements, prototypes, preproduction-series or small series made from plastics. No tooling costs will accrue. The precision often is even higher than for parts produced by injection moulding since there is no shrinkage of DTO parts.

Plastic materials that can be machined for DTO:
PMMA, PC, Zeonex and others

Possible DTO sizes:
from 0.5mm to approx. 300mm diameter / length
