and production

Both in development and in production, fixed measurement workplaces are set up for constant checks. The quality data for the optics are recorded there using computer-aided measuring devices. For production, we work with a range of manufacturing methods. From compression moulding to synthetic material injection moulding (with, for example, gas assisted injection moulding) and metal processing and direct prototyping on our 5-axis ultra-precision machines.


With our robotic and machine pools, we produce your optical components quickly and reliably.


Synthetic material production

We produce optical components in synthetic material on our modern and energy-efficient machines.

Our 5-axis, ultra-precision machines work in extra climate-controlled rooms with in-built vibration absorption compound.

Continuous checks with the most modern measurement technology enable the assurance of the best quality.


Precise sensing

Tactile surface measurements with precision surface profilers that monitor geometries and contours into the µ range. We also carry out measurements with measuring equipment provided by you. In this way, you receive our optical components suitable for your application.
