Terms and condition of IMOS  Gubela GmbH

We are a member of the AMA professional association for sensory systems and have used the sale and delivery conditions for sensory systems developed there as our general terms of business. The advantage for you as a customer is that these conditions are publicly checked for your protection. We want to be your fair business partner. The version from 22 April 2002 was published in the Federal Gazette on 03 May 2002 under the number 120/2002 and was provided to the Federal Cartel Authority.  The current recommended conditions are from 2015.

For transport and commercial packaging made available in Germany, we comply with the applicable statutory take-back and recovery obligations. By prior agreement, disposal and recovery may also be carried out by the waste management contractor at the customer's site.
